Chemo Quilt

I was recently gifted a chemo quilt by Care 4 You Quilts Outreach of Centre Street Church. They’re a group of women who come together and make quilts and pray for patients going through chemotherapy. Each quilt is unique and have been prayed for specifically for the person receiving it. I got a call from them before my treatment started and they said they wanted to pray for me and give me a quilt. I don’t know them personally or have ever met them but I feel so blessed and loved by them.

When Timothy brought the quilt home, I was excited to see its beauty and was surprised by the verse in the back. It has Joshua 1:9 embroidered on it! The crazy thing is this is Tim’s favourite Bible verse and it’s been a part of our journey together and we hold on to it as a family. I am amazed at how God works in every detail. I love the bag that the quilt came in. Everything about the package I received is so special. I can't wait to read the book as well.

Once again, God’s faithfulness never fails and that’s the hope and joy I hold on to. My CSC family, you make me feel so loved. Thank you for your prayers and support!
